Very rare and hardly used rev counter by Veglia-Borletti for a Ducati 851/888 Superbike, as it has the red line @ 10,000 RPM. It also fits SS Supersport.

The rim and housing was repainted in factory matte black and is like-new again. The orange needle has not been touched and still has the bright fluo color (very rare). This is a tell-tale sign it has hardly been used and/or has hardly seen sunshine.
